Man Tied to 4 Sex Attacks Just Hours Apart in Brooklyn Arrested

The NYPD says they have arrested a man they say tried to sexually assault four women within hours of each other in Brooklyn earlier this month.

More than an hour later, around 1 a.m. Thursday, police said the same man followed a woman, 29, to her apartment near St. Marks and NY avenues and pushed her inside when she opened the door.

Ofuoma (photo), who police say was caught on camera wearing a black T-shirt that read "F-- you, you f--ing f--", proved just as eloquent after his arrest.

So far, police said Ofuoma is facing charges of burglary, sex abuse and harassment in connection with three of the four alleged crimes.

New video has been released this weekend showing the suspect.

In the first incident, he followed a woman, 22, to her apartment near Pacific Street and Nostrand Avenue around 11:45 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, police said. The man followed a 22-year-old woman, put his hand over her mouth and pressed her up against a wall. The woman fought back, and the perpetrator ran off.

A tipster helped police identify Ofuoma, who lives in the Bronx, sources said.

Police say he also touched one of the victims' genitals in one of the attacks.

She screamed and fought him off.

Finally, he attacked a 32-year-old woman as she got out of the elevator of her apartment on Dean St. and Nostrand Ave., but that victim fought him off as well, cops said.

Detectives said he tried a third and fourth time with two more women that same night, threatening to kill the last victim with a knife, but they too managed to escape.
