This is Sucker Punch's brand new IP and the reveal trailer was just showcased at the Sony conference at Paris Games Week that is now underway.

To celebrate the announcement of the game, a brand new trailer was released. Sucker Punch has been widely acclaimed for their creation of the Infamous games, a series that was successful enough to receive quite a few continuations through new games and DLC.
