Excited Eagles fan slams into pole chasing after subway train

Excited Eagles fan slams into pole chasing after subway train”

Desai, who admitted to having a few drinks while watching Sunday's early game between New England and Jacksonville, began running alongside the moving subway when he hit a brick wall - quite literally.

While on MTV's TRL, Desai said Monday that he was uninjured in the collision.

The 42-year-old Eagles season ticket holder from suburban Philadelphia said he got pumped up watching a group of Eagles fans on a train heading in the opposite direction and wanted to get them excited. The video of the incident quickly went viral, but Desai seemingly has no regrets.

According to reports, transit police said the unidentified man, shook off the blindside hit, got up and high-fived other travelers and boarded the next train.

One celebrating Eagles fan will feel the effects of getting carried away. We are good fans. But I think as a whole we have supported this team for years and years and years.

The Eagles will face the Patriots, the reigning National Football League champions, in the Super Bowl on February 4.

His ego may be a bit bruised but at least Desai can say that he made the highlight reel.
