Spring-like temperatures and morning fog as fronts start to fizzle”

Temperatures will continue to sit above normal.

Environment Canada issued a fog advisory for Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, London-Middlesex and Sarnia-Lambton, as well as all of Midwestern Ontario Wednesday evening.

The weather authority warns people to drive carefully, turn on your lights, and make sure to keep a safe distance from other drivers. Overall, fog will likely be patchy for most of us with it lifting early in the morning.

Visibilities could be a quarter-mile or less during Thursday's morning commute.

A cool front will approach the region late Friday, but will become almost stationary across the area, likely moving back to the north by the end of the weekend.

This feature will insure that plenty of clouds will linger along with the chance of scattered showers, mainly late Friday into Saturday.

Clouds will take over tonight and tomorrow will bring a chance of rain in the afternoon. A weak cold front will drop temperatures slightly by the weekend. Friday's high will be -1 C with a low of -11 C.
