Trump heads to Scotland after meeting with Queen Elizabeth II”

In a Good Morning Britain video clip obtained by The Mirror, Trump refused to say what he talked to the Queen about, but insisted that she is "beautiful" both "inside and out".

Donald Trump finally met Queen Elizabeth II after months of grumbling, and it went just about as well as you'd expect. The Queen appears to gesture Trump forward, at which point he steps in front of her and walks a few paces before pausing, apparently unsure of where she is. She is so sharp. "She was incredible! Such a wonderful lady and so handsome!"

"I'll see something where somebody says something wrong, or says something right, and rather than sitting around doing nothing, I'll be able to put out something", he told Morgan.

'Some of them are protesting in my favour, you know that?' he insisted.

It has been said the USA president struggles with stairs and this is the reason he has been seen clutching Mrs May's hand whenever he descends. "And she's got a lot of years left".

In the interview with Morgan, Trump took the unusual step of disclosing details about his conversation with British Queen Elizabeth. "It was really something special", Trump said of the meeting.

A January 2017 report in The Sunday Times newspaper said Trump and Charles would not meet during his visit to Britain due to their strongly divergent views on climate change.

Unlike with Prime Minister Theresa May earlier in the day and in previous meetings, Mr Trump did not attempt to hold the hand of his female host as they came down the stairs to inspect the troops.

Morgan's interview was not so incendiary as the one Trump gave to the Sun on Thursday, ahead of meetings with May.

The teatime meeting with the queen lasted less then an hour; afterwards, the Trumps were scheduled to depart for a weekend in Scotland where the half-Scots president (on his mother's side) owns two golf courses. "I am sure this was not intentionally done, but it did not look very good". Something tells me Trump won't keep him waiting. "Everyone thought it was going to be 'Oh it's simple, we join or don't join, or let's see what happens'".

In a 1997 interview, just weeks after Diana's death, United States radio host Howard Stern asked Trump if he "could have nailed her". You don't wanna do that ...

Trump continued on, also about Putin: "Right now I say we're competitors but for the United States, and frankly the UK and other places, to get along with Russian Federation and China and all of these other places... that's a good thing, that's not a bad thing".
