Meghan Markle & Prince Harry's Baby Breaks Royal Rules with Birth Plan

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry's Baby Breaks Royal Rules with Birth Plan”

The Duchess of Sussex is now on maternity leave - meaning she didn't join her husband on his visit to Dagenham yesterday (Thursday) - and is expected to give birth in the coming weeks.

Despite feeling that the public has the wrong idea about Markle, King explained that she's in good spirits ahead of the birth of her first child with Prince Harry.

The decision means that Harry and Meghan are not likely to pose for the world's photographers and TV crews on the hospital steps with their newborn, a break from the royal tradition followed by Prince William and his wife Kate, the duchess of Cambridge, when she gave birth to their three children. They have just moved out of Kensington Palace into recently renovated Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. It has been reported that she favours a home birth, although aides have declined to comment.

"It's very important for Prince Harry and Meghan to flower and create a new direction", says royal historian Robert Lacey. Described by an aide as "future-proofing", it is an arrangement that will make sense when Charles, the Prince of Wales, becomes king, and it reflects Prince William and Prince Harry's different destinies. "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public".

"We can only assume that Harry and Meghan don't want to look out of their window and see cars coming and going and members of staff walking into the club".

Thrilled with a chance to speak about the positive side of Meghan's family - hinting at the Markle family feud - Mr Johnson said the royal would relish the chance to have a girl. "And if I am lucky enough to have children, they can have one too".

Meghan Markle joined the Royal Family after her marriage to Prince Harry previous year.
