Bond 25 filming on streets of London

Bond 25 filming on streets of London”

The 51-year-old actor has returned to the set of his new James Bond film after rehab for an injury to his ankle ligaments.

This appears to be one of the first instances of Bond 25 filming after Craig injured his ankle so badly he needed surgery and later, time off, to recover. Despite the obvious setback of losing Daniel Craig for a two week rehabilitation period, the production went on as planned, and the film is still scheduled to be released in April 2020.

On Sunday, the official 007 account shared some rather serious photos from the day shooting in various locations across the city.

Despite all those tabloid reports of a troubled production, the video teased some attractive, colourful footage, a big explosion, some peeks at Daniel Craig back in action as James Bond himself, and a surprising amount of reggae music.

In Bond 25, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica.

EON Productions and Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios have partnered with Universal Pictures on the worldwide release of the 25th James Bond film.

Bond 25 is the 25th installment of the franchise and will star Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, and Rami Malek, who will assume the role of the main protagonist.

The movie, which is being directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, has been beset by issues in recent weeks, with a "controlled explosion" damaging the outside of the famous 007 Stage at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, leaving a crew member injured.

"His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the Central Intelligence Agency turns up asking for help", reads a line from the description.
