The offscreen monster Stranger Things kids must battle”

The new season of Stranger Things drops on Netflix on July 4.

They'll sit down for an interview with the hosts in a giant flamingo pool float (How 80s is that?!) and play a game of "What's In The Box?" with Ryan.

The Stranger Things stars were on The Tonight Show earlier this month to talk about the new seasons, but it turns out we didn't see everything they did with host Jimmy Fallon that night. We've already gifted you with ET's adorable first interview with 12-year-old Millie Bobby Brown reacting to the Demogorgon, and now we're thrilled to share another blast into Stranger Things' past. While they all dressed in character, Jimmy wore a head-to-toe Barb costume, complete with a red wig, big glasses and a frilly shirt.

The cast met up at Madame Tussauds New York to surprise some fans expecting to check out a new "Stranger Things" wax exhibit.

Dacre Montgomery was the breakout star of Season 2 of Stranger Things as the villain Billy Hargrove. The crew repeated the prank on a few more groups of visitors, all of whom went through the same fear-confusion-excitement cycle.

And to anyone who reckons these kids can't act, I challenge you to take a look at their stunningly lifelike impression of wax figures. "You scared the crap out of me - I'm a grown man, don't do that!"

"Actually, bring everyone to watch Stranger Things", Wolfhard concluded, "Because it's for everyone".
