Watch Tenacious D And Jack White Meet Up For ‘Jack Gray’ Collaboration

Watch Tenacious D And Jack White Meet Up For ‘Jack Gray’ Collaboration”

The video follows the band throughout their Nashville stop, including their trip to the White's Third Man Records HQ along with White's home studio, where the D recorded.

But the meet up doesn't end there: "Now, we're heading over to Jack White's house to record a single". Now, the rock duo shared a video of the collaboration on YouTube. Jack Black and his bandmate Kyle Gass first got a tour of White's Third Man Records Headquarter in Nashville, where they took pictures and chatted with the songwriter and producer.

At the end of the 17-minute-video, Jack Black and Kyle Gass head back into their vehicle, where they reveal they are headed to Jack Black's home studio to record their single. But, I think, that's where Jack White's gonna come in and help us pull it over the finish line.

Black couldn't film the visit, but he let fans know that the collab was was a "legendary". Black also notes that the recording session with Tenacious D and White was quick and straight-to-tape.

The band posted a photograph of the trio, with White holding up a Tenacious D t-shit.

Tenacious D have unveiled a new documentary that delves into the most crucial meeting of musical minds in recent memory.

Sadly, they weren't going to give everything away, and no footage was released from the recording, so we will just have to wait a little while longer to find out what they've cooked up.
