Apple Watch 5 to come in ceramic and titanium versions

Apple Watch 5 to come in ceramic and titanium versions”

Fans of Apple's wearable products, however, may have been slightly anxious about the lack of rumors on the Apple Watch.

In brief: The new Apple Watch will come with two new casing options, which will see Apple return to ceramic and introduce an entirely new premium material - titanium. The one potentially good news is that Apple may have smartwatches to announce alongside the iPhones in September.

However, it is also possible the USA company could show off a new wearable too, as was the case at the firm's September hardware event past year. Instead, the company could lower the prices of the existing Apple Watch Series 4 models by $50 to help attract more consumers. Brazilian website iHelp.br discovered several assets inside the latest Watch OS 6 beta that seem to indicate the new Apple Watch will also come in ceramic and titanium casings.

Animations were showcased by the site that referenced the new materials.

On the Apple Watch Series 2 and Series 3, the Ceramic model is offered as a premium variant but it isn't available on the current Series 4.

iHelp BR stated Apple fans will be able to pick up a watch with either ceramic or titanium in 40 millimetre or 44 millimetre case sizes. While the smartphones are certainly going to hog the limelight, Apple may also introduce some other products.

At the start of this year Bloomberg issued a report claiming Apple plans to add sleep tracking to its wearable line by 2020, meaning it is possible this function could debut, too.

Now, new things are popping up about The Apple Watch Series 4 successor that is expected to launch this year alongside the new iPhone and MacBook Pro.
