Android Q Developer Preview 5 Is Out For The OnePlus 7 Series”

This is the very last Developer Preview update that the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro users will get before Android 10 stable arrives.

According to the changelog, this update comes to address some stability issues with previous builds. It also adds OnePlus' full-screen gesture navigation.

There are still some issues in this build, which the company notes.

The known issues, for now, are mainly compatibility problems with some apps, including Google Pay. What remains to be seen is if OnePlus is able to pull it off this time.

OnePlus is rather fast to release new Android versions. Last year, the OnePlus 6 was one of the first non-Google phones to receive Android 9 Pie. Both OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are now being sold at Rs 32,999 and Rs 48,999 respectively.
