Britney will reportedly have 30 per cent unsupervised custody over sons Sean and Jayden, while Federline will have custody 70 per cent of the time.

On Aug. 25, Federline and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan filed a police report at the Ventura County Sheriff's station against the singer's father Jamie Spears, alleging he physically abused Sean during a visit at his home one day prior.

According to TMZ, legislation enforcement resources declare that the alleged incident between Jamie and Sean, which is recently below investigation, happened at Jamie's house on August 24.

It's claimed the pair got into a disagreement where "at some point Jamie allegedly put hands on him", but Sean didn't suffer any injuries.

In April, Britney was checked into a mental health facility stemming from the stress of Jamie's health, and while fans anxious for her well-being, the singer insisted that she was not committed against her will.
