Britain’s Labour unveils plans to create Ministry for Employment Rights”

Opposition Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will accuse Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday of hijacking Brexit to lead Britain out of the European Union without a deal and shift power and wealth "to those at the top", reports Trend citing to Reuters.

On the question of Labour's support for an early general election, the opposition leader will outline and hope to clarify the party position with an emphasis on the Prime Minister's lack of trustworthiness.

Jeremy Corbyn is expected to clarify Labour's Brexit position later, arguing voters should be able to choose between a "credible" Leave option and staying in the European Union in another referendum.

Theresa May appointed Mr Mann her adviser on tackling anti-Semitism in one of her last acts as prime minister, but Boris Johnson has since upgraded the role, leading to Mr Mann opting to quit the Commons to focus all his efforts on the role - which will be based in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Howard Beckett, the assistant general secretary of Unite, said he was sick of hearing about Brexit and that the priority was getting Labour in power to push the agenda on workers' rights.

Since Corbyn seized control of Labour in 2015, the party has been wracked by antisemitism scandals, several touching Corbyn himself.

'I want trade unionists going out on the streets to tell him we have a different agenda.

Shadow chancellor John McDonnell told the BBC that Labour would prefer to have an election "sooner rather than later", but would only sanction such a move when it feels confident a no-deal Brexit is impossible.

He said he could not campaign for Mr Corbyn knowing he could become prime minister, and told The Sunday Times he would "never forgive" his left-wing leader for allowing the party to be "hijacked" by anti-Semites. His unwillingness to undo the damage he has done has had huge consequences. He is the enabler in this country. The alternative would be to run the general election as a proxy referendum, with each party setting out a clear Brexit or no-Brexit outcome in its manifesto and then, if elected, proceeding without further public consultation. Not mincing his words, Mann rounded on Livingstone in a building crammed with TV cameras, calling him "a Nazi apologist".

"The problem is deeper than Corbyn".

Mann stated that he did not believe Corbyn's vision was "dynamic" enough, and that the party's message was not one which could "positively" change the country.

Mann said he will continue ensuring the Jewish community maintains its "high level of civic engagement", saying that "the Jewish community is the canary in the cage for humanity - whether you like it or not". "That's why we have, whether we like it or not, no choice".
