Xiaomi's Mi Charge Turbo is a 30W wireless fast charger

Xiaomi's Mi Charge Turbo is a 30W wireless fast charger”

Well, the Chinese giant held an event in China today and it's been uncovered that Mi Charge Turbo is Xiaomi's super-fast wireless charging technology that can fully charge your phone in just 69 minutes. This is a wireless charging technology that supports 30W charging speed.

Xiaomi's Mi Charge Turbo technology will debut with the launch of the Mi 9 Pro 5G smartphone later this month.

In addition to announcing Mi Charge Turbo, the company also announced two wireless chargers.

Other than these differences, you still get the same experience and functionality such as Qi wireless charging, a full-sized USB output port, and a USB Type-C port that doubles as both input and output port. It will use intelligent wireless tracking charging through OOB pairing technology which implies faster pairing, more stable and highly efficient 20W charging.

Note that the smartphone can be placed anywhere on the device for charging. By doing this, Xiaomi wanted to emphasize the phone's reverse wireless charging capability. This charger also supports ultra-high power wireless reverse charging.

The company has, however, not clarified whether the speedy charger will be included in the retail package or if a customer is required to purchase it separately, as with the Mi 9. As we have learned in the past, a fast-charging technology does come with its own set of challenges.

Not to mention, the 40W super wireless flash technology, that the company showcased as "one more thing", is now in the testing phase and could make its way sometime later this year. What it means is that the Turbo tech can charge smartphones, headphones and other smartphones wirelessly. It includes reverse-charging and is actually the highest so far. It will be included in the Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G. It's forming a wireless charging alliance to standardize things. From a wireless charging stand to a wireless charging sofa and bedside table, the company is aiming to provide a comprehensive charging experience for all consumers.
