After a record-breaking opening with the collection of 53.35 crores, Hrithik-Tiger starrer WAR witnessed usual drop on Thursday and Friday.

According to, WAR collected Rs 28 crore on Saturday and showed a growth of over 30%. He added that the film has crossed the lifetime collections of some of the biggest hits of the year in just five days.

Right after the Big success of Super 30, Hrithik's WAR is charting huge numbers at the box office and the actor has been receiving love and praise for his performance in the movie. "#War - in just 5 days - crosses *lifetime biz* of #Kesari, #TotalDhamaal, #Saaho [#Hindi version], #Chhichhore, #Super30 and #GullyBoy". This film also broke the opening record of Tiger as well. On its opening day, the film minted Rs 51 crore approx and created eight new records at the box office.

The film entered 100 crore club even before the regular weekend started, and then the film saw wonderful growth on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adrash said in the upcoming week, War could easily do Rs 200 crore worth of box office business in India alone, owing to Dusshera holiday and festival time.

It has also beaten Salman Khan's Bharat, which had collected Rs 122.20 crore in four days.

Going by the movie's vast buzz among the audience, War should cross Rs 200 crore mark in its first extended week at the box office. Considering its earnings, War can easily be assumed a hit.

War, starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, is on the way to becoming the highest grosser of their careers. Making the most of its extended weekend, the film fared well and made more than the other films which released on national holidays. War, which carries a price tag of almost Rs 200 crore, is the first Bollywood cinema to be shot in the Arctic Circle. Vaani Kapoor plays the female lead in the movie.
