Wheel Of Fortune Player Shocked Fans With 'Best Intro Of All Time'

Wheel Of Fortune Player Shocked Fans With 'Best Intro Of All Time'”

"Did we hear that right?" is how a narrator for Inside Edition reacts as she watches a clip of Blair Davis, a contestant on the episode of Wheel of Fortune that aired Monday.

"I've been trapped in a loveless marriage for the last 12 years to an old battle-axe named Kim", Davis replied as the audience broke out into laughter.

Many on Twitter are calling the intro the show's greatest of all time and Blair its darkest contestant ever.

The confession came while Sajak was introducing contestants on the show.

As the crowd continues to laugh, Sajak yells out a sarcastic, "Yay!" "I know you're being facetious".

Davis hardly needed to clarify that he was kidding but did so anyway, noting that he loves his family "like nobody's business".

Wheel of Fortune embraced the stony-faced amateur comedian and posted Mr Davis's hilarious introduction on the offical social media accounts for the show.

Davis' tongue-in-cheek rant struck a chord with users on Twitter.

"Finally, someone was truthful", one user wrote.

Sajak: "Good for you and talk about your family".

User Lucy Lobo summed up many reactions with one simple message: "He said what we always wanted someone to say".
