Steve Harvey's Stepdaughter Lori Harvey Arrested, Cited in Misdemeanor Hit and Run”

Just a few days after she made headlines for allegedly splitting from music mogul Diddy, 49, Lori Harvey, 22, was arrested in Beverly Hills on the evening of October 20 for misdemeanor hit and run and delaying a police investigation, OK! magazine was the first to report. Lori's Mercedes G-Wagon is completely flipped on its side, and it isn't a small vehicle.

Needless to say, Lori Harvey, 22, will never get behind the wheel of a vehicle without fastening her seatbelt.

Lori flipped her Mercedes SUV on Sunday, Oct. 20, after she crashed into another vehicle.

Harvey, who fled the scene, authorities said, was picked up close by and received a misdemeanor citation.

"She was arrested for the two charges and released on scene, not booked", the Beverly Hills Police Department told Radar Online.

Meanwhile, others are likely wondering if Harvey's famous family (Steve Harvey and Marjorie Harvey) had anything to do with her avoiding a trip to jail following her weekend excursion. No injuries were reported.

According to OK!'s eyewitness, the other vehicle's driver, as OK! writes, "pulled [Lori] from her auto, and she attempted to flee the scene".

Lori is scheduled to appear at the Airport Courthouse on January 21.
