Nominees and winners were selected by more than 7,400 industry professional members from the Country Music Association.

Church was nominated three times at the 2019 CMA Awards. It will stream on the CMA Awards official website, which you can access by clicking here.

We will also stream a live "After Party" special from backstage at the Bridgestone Arena.

CMA AWARDS 2019 CHANNEL: The show airs live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, and it broadcasts on the ABC network. Not only will tonight's show feature a historic opening performance by a bevy of legendary female stars, but country music's biggest night will also include a one-of-a-kind collaboration that blends the talents of two icons: Kacey Musgraves and Willie Nelson.

In addition to their hosting duties, Underwood, McEntire and Parton will team up to perform a sprawling, decades-spanning medley performance to open the show. While her usual co-host Brad Paisley has bowed out of the gig this year, Underwood will continue her 12-year streak with Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton joining her. Together, they paid tribute to the women of country music, inviting fellow artists The Highwomen, Martina McBride, Tanya Tucker, Sara Evans, Terri Clark, Jennifer Nettles, Gretchen Wilson and Crystal Gayle to join them. Here's how to watch the 2019 CMA Awards online!
