Rush Limbaugh Announces He Has Advanced Lung Cancer”

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh reportedly said on his Monday show that he has "advanced lung cancer" and will miss some upcoming recordings because he will be receiving treatment.

The conservative radio host made the announcement on "The Rush Limbaugh Show", adding that he will be out for the next several days to undergo treatment.

He will not be present for his show until at least Thursday, he said, while his doctors determine his course of treatment. "I'm sure that you all know I really don't like talking about myself and I don't like making things about me other than in the usual satirical, joking way".

"This has happened, and my intention is to come here every day I can, and to do this program as normally and as competently and as expertly as I do each and every day because that is the source of my greatest satisfaction professionally, personally", Limbaugh declared.

Limbaugh said two medical institutions confirmed the diagnosis. I can't help but feel that I'm letting everybody down with this. He described his condition as "advanced lung cancer".

On his show, he has been known to lambast Democrats and strongly opposed Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential election.

His show was nationally syndicated by 1988 with 56 radio stations. "I know millions of people nationwide join me and all of iHeart in wishing him a full recovery".

President Trump announced Mr Limbaugh's new deal with Premier at a rally in Miami. "He just wants four more years, OK?"
