News that only "essential, emergency" filings are being accepted at the moment, and added: "The original filing was rejected by the New York County Clerk because they did not follow the essential matter procedure".

A spokesperson for New York Supreme Courts said: "Currently, we are only accepting essential/emergency matters for filing. He decided that it is not essential so they can't file anything at this point".

While it is unfortunate for her, it might give the Olsen twins an opportunity to live together again.
