Meghan Markle Mortified! Duchess Ending Friendship With BFF?

Meghan Markle Mortified! Duchess Ending Friendship With BFF?”

The statement, posted at around 5:30 p.m. ET Thursday (June 12), came after Mulroney was accused by Sasha Exeter, a black Canadian influencer and lifestyle blogger, of threatening to jeopardize future endorsement opportunities and brand partnership deals after Exeter had called for social media influencer peers to use their platforms in support of Black voices.

" Meghan is definitely mortified that she ' s dragged into this total mess".

Jessica Mulroney arrives for the baby shower for Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, at the Mark Hotel Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019, in NY.

Because of everything at stake, she can no longer be associated with Jessica, at least not in public.

Meghan Markle's best friend Jessica Mulroney has lost Good Morning America job in racism row.

It all started when black Canadian influencer Sasha Exeter posted a content on her Instagram account.

While it is not clear how Mulroney responded, their feud escalated quickly after Exeter revealed that Mulroney threatened to call the companies that the influencer has worked with.

Mulroney essentially pulled a "Superbalist" on the issues by refusing to acknowledge the movement publicly, and then, in a weird move, also felt that anyone posting about it was attacking her directly.

Mulroney apologised to Exeter on Instagram and made reference to Markle.

"That's a threat to my livelihood - and for her to threaten me, a single mom, a single Black mom, during a racial pandemic blows my mind", said Exeter, who used to be an acquaintance of Mulroney's.

Mulroney received a backlash and was kicked out of television concerts this week after her feud with lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter went public.

"I realize more than ever how being a white, privileged woman has put me far ahead of so many, and in particular those in the Black community". I know I need to do better.

Exeter explained in a almost 12-minute video on Instagram that she wanted her peers and those with a social media presence "to speak up, stand up, and use their voice for good to help combat what's going on with this race war and what's happening to the black community".

Mulroney's TV show I Do, Redo was dropped from the air by CTV, and Hudson Bay and Kleinfeld Bridal, two major fashion retailers, have also ended their relationships with Mulroney.

'I took it personally and that was wrong. "I know I need to do better. I promise to continue to learn and listen on how I can use my privilege to elevate and support Black voices". You think your voice matters.

Most of the back and forth happened through private messages, but Mulroney's apology isn't doing her any favours, which is why she then posted the following, publicly, on her own Instagram account.

She said she has no intention of pursuing legal action against Exeter.

Mulroney met Markle in Toronto, where the Duchess of Sussex lived while filming TV drama "Suits", before she married Britain's Prince Harry. Well it only matters if you express it with kindness and without shaming people who are simply trying to learn.

"Cityline" said Thursday that Mulroney will no longer be appearing as a guest expert on the show.
