The two piano specialists are also prepared to download their new separate collections. The event will take place on June 19, otherwise known as Juneteenth, commemorating the emancipation of slavery in Texas in 1865.

The creators of the wildly popular series, Timbaland and Swizz Beatz announced the "battle of the pianos" yesterday, confirming it would be taking place on Friday, June 19. Timbaland and Swizz Beatz's "Verzuz" series has become a pivotal source of entertainment these past few months in quarantine, giving us musical duels from pairs of opponents like Lil Jon and T-Pain, RZA and DJ Premier, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, Babyface and Teddy Riley, Mannie Fresh and Scott Storch, Nelly and Ludacris, and more. Following the killing of several Black civilians in the U.S.by the police, support has been mounting for the Black Lives Matter movement and a major overhaul of the systemically racist government policies now in place.
