Long-rumoured Harry Potter RPG reportedly coming to Xbox Series X”

Warner Bros. has not responded to Report Door's request for comment. The publisher still hasn't announced the game (due to E3's cancellation), but that doesn't mean it was scrapped or put on hold.

According to a report from Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, Avalanche Software's Harry Potter adventure is a "big-budget project".

The report claims that the upcoming roleplaying game is set to release at the end of next year and will be revealed this year after the reveal of the next-gen Batman game from Warner Bros.

The report from Bloomberg confirms that the Harry Potter RPG is now in development at Avalanche Software, the former Disney Infinity developer that Warner Bros.

Bloomberg have now confirmed that the footage (now deleted) was real and was from an early build of a massive open world game that is currently in production at Avalanche Software. The studio is yet to address Rowling's comments, which were viewed as transphobic. While some of the developers speaking anonymously explained that Rowling had "very little" involvement with the project, her name remains attached to the series. We'll keep you in the loop once we know more, and it sounds like we won't be waiting long for a new Batman game reveal.

The rumoured Harry Potter action-RPG is apparently progressing well, and will be revealed in late 2020 for a launch in 2021. Interactive Entertainment, the game is seemingly still on track for its planned release. To remember, the history dates back to the 6th of June: Rowling, from your Twitter account, commented that, ironically, an article that uses the term" the people who have their rules " to make the distinction between people who were born women and those who have made the transition.

When will we get to see it in an official capacity? And, the game is set to be revealed in August.
