Sacha Baron Cohen Infiltrates Gun Rights Rally Posing as Racist Country Singer

Sacha Baron Cohen Infiltrates Gun Rights Rally Posing as Racist Country Singer”

But they were surprised when one performer turned out to be comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, who delivered an incognito performance that got some of them singing along with hateful, racist lyrics.

The notorious prankster, responsible for Borat and Ali G, left members of paramilitary group Three Percenters red faced-after sneaking into one of their Washington events in costume.

He began singing a song crammed with lyrics reflecting far-right conspiracies and talking points: from the coronavirus being a hoax, to it being created in a Wuhan lab, through to the infamous "lock her up" chants directed at Hillary Clinton during the 2016 USA presidential election.

He then booked himself as the final act of the rally, disguising himself as a bluegrass singer - complete with denim overalls and hayseed hat - and sang songs on stage about injecting Barack Obama, Dr. Anthony Fauci and others with the "Wuhan Flu". Over the weekend, Cohen - under a few different guises throughout the day - infiltrated an a rally, "March For Our Rights 3", held by alt-right group Washington Three Percenters on Saturday in Olympia, Washington.

During his singalong, Baron Cohen talked about injecting Obama, Fauci, the World Health Organization, CNN, and anyone caught wearing a mask with the "Wuhan flu" or chopping them up "like the Saudis do", a reference to the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The outrageous funnyman has yet to take responsibility for the stunt, but onlookers claim he posed as the leader of a Political Action Committee (PAC), who offered to sponsor the festival and pay for a stage and security. "Chop 'em up like the Saudis do".

After video footage spread on social media, Variety later confirmed that the singer was in fact Baron Cohen.

Baron Cohen may have organized the stunt for his "Who is America?" show on Showtime.

Apparently, his security guards had blocked the event organisers from stopping him.
