Washington Nationals outfielder tests positive for COVID-19”

New York Yankees President Randy Levine joins "The Brian Kilmeade Show" on MLB Opening Day to discuss team operations amid COVID-19 and the outlook for the abbreviated season.

The pregame ceremonies started with leading infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci throwing the ceremonial first pitch in an empty Nationals Stadium, an indication that the 2020 season was disrupted by the coronavirus, which has claimed over 144,000 USA lives.

The nation's foremost infectious diseases expert, who was wearing a Nationals-themed mask, threw a pitch just outside of the strike zone.

Fauci received some assistance from Nationals pitcher Sean Doolittle while getting ready to throw out the first pitch, which didn't go anywhere near home plate.

Before the game, the Nationals will raise a 2019 World Series Champions flag at the center-field plaza.
