Knicks are reportedly making Tom Thibodeau their next head coach”

Thibodeau compiled a 352-246 record in eight seasons as an National Basketball Association coach, guiding the Chicago Bulls from 2010-2015 and the Minnesota Timberwolves from 2016 to January of 2019, when he was sacked after a rift with standout Jimmy Butler. Mike Miller finished the season as interim coach after David Fizdale was sacked 22 games into last season.

The franchise's search for the head coach was hard as they tried to interview all possible candidates that can fit into the side.

Tom Thibodeau of the Minnesota Timberwolves complains about a call during the first quarter against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on January 02, 2019 in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Knicks would choose some of Kidd's assistant coaches should he be named head coach. Previously, he was a highly successful head coach for the Bulls from 2010-15. His career record is 352-246. His teams made the playoffs in each of the five years he coached and has the franchise's only 50-win seasons since Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson skipped town.

A native of New Britain, Connecticut, Thibodeau served as an assistant with the Knicks from 1996-2004. Tom should adapt to the New York Knicks office as he has worked there in the past.
