NASCAR mandates sensitivity, unconscious bias training after noose incident”

An FBI investigation determined that Wallace wasn't targeted though, as the rope had been hanging that way since previous year. "Whether there was any malice in it or whether it was just fashioned as a noose for a pulley". However, the FBI investigated the scene and came to the conclusion that the rope had been there for months and likely was used to close the garage door. What's more, Wallace was assigned that garage randomly for a single race. Wallace issued his own statement on the incident after being told of the noose. "But we won't see cops pepper-spraying them and shooting them with rubber bullets, will you?"

"Which brings up another question: How could it have gone unnoticed by so many people in October 2019 through the morning of June 21, 2020?"

Steve Phelps, its president believes that the concern is legitimate well recognized that the garage of Wallace was the only rope tied in such a peculiar way in all of the garages of the teams, and the organization requested all circuits to seek if in their facilities, a rope tied this way, and it was not found any more.

The blowback against Wallace's CNNLOL appearance was swift, severe, and deserved.

"It's been an emotional few days", Wallace said in a written statement, which he tweeted out. "So, to say we would go back and do things differently, I don't think so". I want to thank my team, NASCAR and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for acting swiftly and treating this as a real threat.

If I may interject... And we are installing additional cameras in all of our garages. Moving forward, we will be conducting thorough sweeps of the garage area to ensure nothing like this happened again.

Right, because nothing conveys a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment more than an organization that's so neurotic and paranoid, so full of self-loathing and self-righteousness, that they call the FBI to investigate a garage pull... So you shouldn't let them dictate how you live your life.

What's so unfortunate about this is Bubba Wallace had a real opportunity to be a uniter, to be a healer, to be a unifier, to be a voice for decency and grace in this hysterical and unforgiving era of the Woke Taliban...

Inspired by the outcry after the tragic May 25 death of George Floyd, Wallace said publicly that it's time to remove the Confederate Flags, which often fly in the infield campgrounds, reminding fans of a symbol of great pain for members of the Black community.

I'm embarrassed and relieved. "It was our responsibility to react and investigate, and that's exactly what we did". That's on me. And in this overheated environment, I'm going to take this as a lesson, and I hope others who are triggered to assume the worst, do the same.
