'PAW Patrol' refutes White House press secretary cancelation claim”

After citing the recent surges of violent crimes in Philadelphia, New York City, and Chicago and claiming that President Donald Trump has "restored law and order" in the United States, McEnany went on a rant regarding cancel culture surrounding the police.

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany expressed outrage on Friday over the cancelation of Paw Patrol. Live PD was canceled. "PAW Patrol is not canceled", the Nickelodeon Jr. show tweeted from its official account.

Also, Lego is still selling Lego City Police Stations on its website.

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany claimed that Nickelodeon cartoon "Paw Patrol" had been canceled as part of a wave of anti-police, "cancel culture" sentiment.

McEnany earlier in the day brought up the show as an example of Democrats' overreach in their criticism of police in light of the killing of George Floyd.

Later, she added, "The show "Cops" was canceled, "Live PD" was canceled".

Many social media users appeared to jokingly attack Chase, the show's cartoon german shepherd police officer.

The show also caught flack for joining other TV shows in a social media blackout on June 7, which said "muted and listening".

In fact, not only has PAW Patrol not been sent to the proverbial farm, it is headed to the big screen as a feature directed by animation veteran Cal Brunker and eyed for an August 2021 release.
