Silento Arrested for Entering Random Home With Hatchet”

Prosecutors say he has been charged on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and is now being held in jail on a on a $105,000 (£79,000) bail. According to TMZ, he was there looking for his girlfriend, but was later informed by a friend that he had entered the wrong house.

Prior to Silento's recent legal issues, he peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on July 18, 2015 with his well-known single "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)". The song became an instant hit and garnered more than 2 million hits in its first week.

The catchy song and its music video also went viral, raking up billions of views on YouTube.
