Post Tropical Cyclone Delta's center is over northern MS this morning and the system continues to move to toward the Northeast. That will be the common theme moving into the new week as well as rain chances will be extremely low all the way through the middle and ending part of next week. Wind gusts could top 40 miles per hour in some spots, with relative humidity values dipping into the single digits at some parts of the day.

Rain will continue overnight into Monday, which will see a 90 percent chance of rain during the day, tapering off at night to a 40 percent chance, which should end by 8 p.m. Monday will see a high of 60 and a low of 54. Most areas will not have any major issues but some folks could experience flooding and scattered power outages.
