Apple VP says watchOS 7 development was ‘Well-Received’”

It's not uncommon to see reports of poor battery life after an update to one of Apple's mobile operating systems. Apple says that the update "addresses an issue that could cause the battery to drain more quickly", so if your Apple Watch has been dying more quickly than normal, this could fix that problem.

Apple in September released watchOS 7, the newest version of the watchOS operating system created to run on modern Apple Watch models.

Before you install the update, you must place your Apple Watch on its charger. This is what many Apple Watch fans have been longing for after the battery drain issues in watchOS 7 started happening. Apparently, some Apple Watch owners could not use the ECG app in countries where they should have access to it.

Apple today delivered watchOS 7.0.2, the second update to the watchOS 7 working framework that turned out in September. watchOS 7.0.2 comes over about fourteen days after the arrival of watchOS 7.0.1, a bug fix update.

According to Apple, watchOS 7.0.2 brings two major improvements and fixes to the Apple Watch. Also, the watch needs to be within range of your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi. The new watchOS version should help deal with it.
