David Letterman confronts Kim Kardashian West for cooperation with Trump”

Letterman knows how to make a splash.

David Letterman's interview with Kim Kardashian for My Next Guest Needs No Introduction - in which she opens up about working with President Trump and the O.J. Simpson trial's impact on her family - is already making waves ahead of its October 21 premiere.

Kim Kardashian sat down for a long-form interview with David Letterman. We never imagined we would get onto season two. Kim Kardashian admits to working with Donald Trump on David Letterman's My Next Guest.

Now it's time for the fashion tycoon, who has become a reality show star, to join Letterman on stage for another fascinating conversation to open season 3.

Letterman was recorded earlier this year, instructing the Kardashian clan for being late to the theater before the onset of the corona virus epidemic. "Oh for Christ's sake, show date is not on the ticket?" He jokes as Chris Jenner, Courtney Kardashian and Chloe Kardashian file. An empty seat next to Jenner was soon occupied by Kanye West. Their conversation reaches its climax with a truly shocking account of 2016 Paris robbery Kardashian says during it that she was sure she was going to die.

From there, it quickly transitions to more practical topics, including the father's role in the OJ Simpson trial. For the unversed, Kim worked with the Trump administration back in 2018 to grant clemency to Alice Marie Johnson after she spent two decades behind bars of a life sentence.

What do you think about Kim working alongside Cheeto? David also asked. "Well, I have no idea what you just said", Kim replied, which led to laughs from the audience.

After the laughter and applause subsided, Letterman tried another method. "I said, 'I would say take everything, just take everything, nothing is important'". "Because [I knew] I could", Kim said in an interview during her Justice Project documentary that aired back in April.

She also would not reveal who she is casting a vote for in the upcoming election. Interview recorded before Joe Biden locks Democratic nomination and before Kanye West Officially threw his MAGA hat into the ring, Who has the obvious implication, has the best chance of beating Trump.

Letterman reportedly pressed her on how she feels about working with Donald Trump at a time when celebrities far-and-wide are criticizing his administration and character, including him.

"But see, your good work is overwhelming", Letterman states. "It's a positive force that diminishes what I consider to be unacceptable behaviour by the president".

"Believe me, everyone called me and said, 'Don't you dare take a step in that White House or your reputation is gone, '" Kardashian says, arguing that it was a small price to pay to save the lives of people who want or die in prison.

Instead of acknowledging the existence of such "unacceptable behavior", Kardashian says she is "very grateful" for the administration's work on criminal justice reform and will "focus" on what she can do.

"Why don't I feel this?"
