Tottenham trio condemned by club for breaking coronavirus rules”

When asked about Tottenham's interest in the player, RB Leipzig's sporting director Markus Krosche said: "As I said, he has made a great development".

The Portuguese spoke after watching his Tottenham Hotspur side move to third in the standings with a 3-0 win over Leeds United on Saturday evening. Of course we're not happy.

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho, has named Aston Villa as his favourite club in the Premier League now.

Lo Celso also apologised, saying "I understand the great sacrifices people are making to keep themselves and loved ones safe and the frustration you have expressed towards me is justified".

Lamela and Lo Celso were not involved in Saturday's Premier League game with Leeds (12:30 GMT), while Reguilon was on the bench. "The matter will be dealt with internally", Tottenham said in a statement.

A photo on social media busted the three Spurs players together at a party along with West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini. "We don't need to tell you the consequences, how we approached that negative surprise".

Tottenham made a host of new signings last summer, bringing in midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and right-back Matt Doherty from Premier League rivals Southampton and Wolves respectively.

Lanzini has featured in nine of West Ham's 17 league games, coming on as a substitute in Friday's 1-0 win at Everton.

"Following Fulham's request to rearrange the Burnley fixture, the Premier League's board has taken into consideration further independent medical advice and chose to postpone the game due to the exceptional circumstances of the ongoing outbreak at the club, " the league said.

West Ham also said they were disappointed by Lanzini's actions and that the matter was dealt with internally.

The latest game to be postponed is Sunday's game between Burnley and Fulham, with the Londoners still struggling to field a team after their game at Tottenham was called off at short notice due to Covid-19 issues.

A statement read: "With the health of players and staff the priority, the League and Fulham will agree a further action plan to control the outbreak to allow the club to resume their season safely".

The League said it "continues to have confidence in its COVID-19 protocols, fully backed by the government, to enable fixtures to be played as scheduled".
