South Beach, Miami Spring Break Rape Victim Identified”

The men, Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, are also accused of stealing the woman's credit cards to spend money on their trip in South Beach.

Once captured wearing the same trousers he's seen wearing in the video, Collier said Taylor gave the woman a "green pill", but according to the report, it was unclear to authorities if she took it willingly or if they believe was slipped to her.

When detectives pulled up surveillance footage, they saw two men early on Thursday morning leading the obviously incapacitated woman into the hotel.

Charges against them include burglary with battery, sexual battery, petty theft and the fraudulent use of a credit card.

While no cause of death has been confirmed, the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner's Office said Monday it was conducting tests to determine if Englehardt's death resulted from a "green pill" the men provided, NBC says.

Both men, who are from Greensboro, were booked into a Miami-Dade jail on Sunday.

The men left less than an hour later, police said.

Both Collier and Taylor have been appointed public defenders and are set to be arraigned in about three weeks. On Saturday, police said they spotted Collier by his distinctive trousers in a crowd of revelers on Ocean Drive. The police report states that Englehardt couldn't have consented to have sex with the men, as she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The arrest report did not state whether she took the pill willingly or if she was given it surreptitiously. One of the defendants was "holding behind her, holding her by the neck, so she would stand still, because she was obviously intoxicated or drugged", Miami Beach Detective Luis Alsina said in Monday's bond hearing.

Collier reportedly said the woman was staggering so much that he and Taylor had to help her to her room, where they had sex with her, and she lost consciousness.

After leaving the victim unconscious, the men allegedly stole her cash, credit cards and phone, then left her in the room. When Taylor was arrested, police found the woman's phone and green pills.
