New cases of COVID-19 continue to drop in Marshall County and across Iowa. There were four new cases in recovery reported during the same time frame. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, patients with confirmed COVID-19 have mild to severe respiratory problems, with symptoms of fever, cough and shortness of breath.
