The tool was first announced previous year in July, but it has had to be turned on by a system administrator. Possible grammar corrections will be underlined in blue. Right-clicking on it will launch a spelling and grammar menu at the top-right corner of Google Docs, where users can choose to accept or ignore suggestions.
