Man caught raping baby in Chick-fil-A bathroom”

David Gray, 35, whom police say is a daycare worker at a private Orlando-area residence, was arrested on Friday after witnesses said he assaulted a 2-year-old girl inside a Chick-fil-A, located at 4752 S. Kirkman Road, near Conroy Road.

The suspect, David Gray was in a wheelchair but police made him walk to the squad vehicle after his arrest Friday.

According to a police report, the man flushed a toilet in an attempt to alert the person in the stall of his presence. The man then looked over and saw Gray and the baby both naked from the waist down, the report said. Gray, who was in a wheelchair, allegedly left the bathroom and ran over the witness's foot with his wheelchair.

When the man followed Gray out of the bathroom and confronted him, Gray pulled a stun gun to him and threatened to kill him.

According to a police report, the man let Gray pass, but followed him out of the restaurant.

An employee at the restaurant told police that Gray was a regular customer and was usually accompanied by a woman and children. Police said that after the interview was completed, Gray walked down the hallway and said he "manned up and told the truth", according to the report.

According to police, there is probable cause to charge Gray with capital sexual battery, lewd and lascivious battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, lewd and lascivious conduct, lewd and lascivious exposure and child abuse.
